How to get a good screenshot when reporting issues.
Use 'Windows Key -Shift - S' keyboard shortcut to open the snipping tool.
If you are trying to snip something on Remote, make the remote window not full screen before using the 'Windows Key -Shift - S' keyboard shortcut - it won't work otherwise.
Your screen should darken and a light 'cross' appear - move it to where you want to start your screenshot then hold down the left mouse key and drag the cross around; you'll get a rectangle inside which will be what will be your screenshot. Release the mouse key and the screen shot will appear in a new window where you can edit / highlight etc.
If you realise you've started in the wrong place, press ESC and start again.
When you are done, press CTRL-C to copy the screenshot then paste it into the Zoho request (or anywhere else!).
Please try and include as much relevant detail in the screen shot as you can without copying the whole screen - Zoho will shrink the copy to fit itself, making large shots smaller and very difficult to see.
When capturing web pages please make sure you capture the address bar so it can be seen exactly which page is being accessed.
